Carlos Urcadez, Athletic Performance Trainer
The Speed School's newest trainer, Carlos brings energy and a background of personal experience to the athletes he works with. A National Council of Strength & Fitness-certified instructor, his background includes basketball, football, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Participating in a speed, agility, and strength program while at the high school level helped propel him to All-Region and Team MVP honors in basketball, and inspired a desire to see other athletes achieve similar results.
